RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At De pieretti, we are committed to offering quality products and an impeccable customer experience.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

New, unworn, and unwashed.

In their original packaging.

With original tags attached.

Free from any signs of use or damage.

Any item that does not meet these conditions may be refused.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of order processing errors or defective products.

Refunds

Once the product has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within a maximum of 14 days.

Defective Products

If a product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photographs of the product in question.
