PURPOSE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products offered on the website www.depieretti.com.

Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTCS.

PRODUCTS

The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.

Photographs are not contractually binding.

PRICES

Prices are quoted in euros (€).

De pieretti reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.

ORDERS

Any order placed on the website constitutes an offer to purchase.

De pieretti reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer, suspected fraud, or a manifest error.

PAYMENT

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.

Accepted payment methods are those offered on the website at the time of the order.

DELIVERY

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of the order.

Delivery times are estimates only.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with applicable regulations, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify us of their decision by email at hello@depieretti.com before the 14-day period expires.

Products must be returned in their original condition—unworn and unwashed—and accompanied by their original packaging.

REFUNDS

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund will be issued to the payment method used for the purchase within a maximum of 14 days.

WARRANTIES

Products are covered by the statutory warranties regarding conformity and hidden defects as provided by law.

LIABILITY

De pieretti shall not be held liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of the site or the products sold.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Depieretti brand, along with its logos, visuals, text, and designs, is protected by intellectual property laws.

Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

PERSONAL DATA

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with the site's Privacy Policy.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
