Shipping policy

 

 

ORDER PROCESSING Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

DELIVERY We deliver to mainland France, European Union countries, the United Kingdom, the United States, and mainland China. Delivery times are provided as estimates and may vary depending on the destination:

  • France: 2 to 5 business days
  • European Union: 3 to 10 business days
  • United Kingdom & United States: 5 to 12 business days
  • Mainland China: 7 to 15 business days

ORDER TRACKING Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing your tracking information will be sent to you.

SHIPPING COSTS Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation. De Pieretti reserves the right to modify its shipping rates at any time.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES (INTERNATIONAL) For deliveries outside the European Union (mainland China, United Kingdom, United States), customs duties and local taxes may apply upon receipt of the package. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order price. De Pieretti cannot be held liable for delays caused by customs procedures.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS For returns from China or any country outside the EU, please contact hello@depieretti.com before shipping the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at: hello@depieretti.com

DELIVERY ADDRESS The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order. De Pieretti cannot be held liable for delivery delays or failures resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.
